Refund Policy

All sales are final

Because our products are downloadable digital files (PDFs) delivered immediately on payment, all sales on https://www.glimmerguides.life are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed.

Your consent at checkout

By completing checkout you expressly request immediate access to your downloads and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law (including under EU/UK consumer law for digital content supplied with the consumer's prior express consent).

When we will fix a problem

If something genuinely went wrong with your purchase, we will make it right. Please email us within 14 days at hello@glimmerguides.life if any of the following apply:

• The download link does not work, or the file is corrupted.
• You were charged but did not receive a download.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The product is materially different from what was described.

We will first try to resend or repair the file. Where that is not possible, we will issue a full refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital download may result in your account being suspended and any future orders being declined.
